Stewicon acted as a legal advisor to one of the majority shareholders of Avalon Nordic Oy in the sale of the company to Vestelli Oy, a Finnish company specializing in water treatment and focusing on sustainable and user-friendly wastewater solutions for rural areas. Vestelli is a part of the Operon Group, which forms the water treatment segment of Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj.
Avalon Nordic and Vestelli will continue to operate under their own brands and as separate entities but will join forces to provide even more comprehensive water treatment solutions.
