Stewicon has received additional resources during the year when Tim Lassander and Mirjam Fogde have joined the team at Stewicon. Stewicon continues to focus on serving businesses professionally, personally, and result oriented.

Stefan Wikman

Stefan Wikman has solid and versatile experience in demanding assignments. He has worked for more than 20 years as a partner and Senior Advisor at Roschier, one of the leading law firms in the Nordics. He is also experienced as an executive director and as a company lawyer in the manufacturing industry and has also worked in the banking sector.

At Roschier, Stefan mainly worked on mergers and acquisitions, contract law (particularly in the energy sector) and corporate law. He has also acted as the chairman of many general meetings of listed companies and private companies.

Stefan has many years of experience in company board work and he has also been a board member of the Finnish Bar Association. He is currently a board member of the KWH Group and is also chairman of the Harry Schauman Foundation. He is often hired as a lecturer on topics related to board work.

In his spare time, Stefan is the conductor of the men’s choir Wasa Sångargille. He is a passionate music lover with a special interest in baroque music, choral music and Finnish conductors. Stefan unwinds by reading and spending time with his family in their holiday home in Vexala.

Tim Lassander

Tim Lassander is a business-oriented and pragmatic lawyer with experience in complex transactional and corporate advisory assignments. Prior to joining Stewicon, Tim worked at Castrén & Snellman Attorneys as an associate in the firm´s private M&A team. During his studies, Tim also worked at several other leading law firms in Helsinki with assignments related to business law.  

Tim has mainly focused on complex private M&A transactions and general corporate advisory. He has also worked on Capital Market assignments as well as public M&A transactions. To further widen his expertise, Tim is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Hanken School of Economics.

In his spare time Tim enjoys playing ice hockey and golf as well as spending time at his family’s holiday home in the Vaasa archipelago.

Mirjam Fogde

Mirjam Fogde is a Bachelor of Laws and is currently completing her Master’s thesis. Mirjam has diverse work experience, including working at Wärtsilä, where she worked mainly with contract issues, and at the international law firm White & Case’s M&A team in Helsinki. In addition, Mirjam served as a parliamentary assistant to Minister Joakim Strand between 2021 and 2023. In her spare time, Mirjam enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and playing golf.
